Whether you’ve purchased a framed artwork, a canvas, or a print, we aim to deliver your piece safely and ensure your complete satisfaction. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and returns process.

Shipping Policy
We understand how exciting it is to receive your new artwork, and we’re committed to getting it to you in perfect condition. Here’s what to expect:
  • Shipping Options and Costs:
    We ship all framed artworks and canvases using trusted couriers like DHL Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited to ensure safe and timely delivery. Prints may be shipped unframed in tubes to reduce costs and risk of damage—let us know your preference at checkout.
    • A4 Framed Artwork (approx. 2-3 lbs, 14 x 10 x 2 inches):
      • DHL Express (1-3 business days): $60-$100 to the US, $60-$100 to Europe.
      • UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days): $50-$90 to the US, $50-$90 to Europe.
    • A3 Framed Artwork (approx. 4-6 lbs, 18 x 13 x 2 inches):
      • DHL Express (1-3 business days): $80-$120 to the US, $80-$120 to Europe.
      • UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days): $70-$110 to the US, $70-$110 to Europe.
    • Prints (Unframed, in a Tube, approx. 1-2 lbs): $20-$40 to the US or Europe via DHL or UPS.
    • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $1000 to the US and Europe (via UPS Worldwide Expedited).
      Note: These rates include basic insurance (up to $100). Higher-value artwork may require additional insurance, which can add $2-$16 per $500 of declared value. We recommend insuring all pieces for their full value.

    • Delivery Timelines:
    • Orders are carefully processed and packaged within 2-3 business days to ensure your artwork is protected.
    • Domestic orders (within the US) typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. International orders may take 10-15 business days, depending on customs clearance.
    • Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes.
  • Where We Ship:
    • We proudly ship to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia.
    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
    • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes due to the size and fragility of our products.
  • Packaging and Care:
    • All artwork is packaged with the utmost care to prevent damage during transit. Framed artwork and canvases are shipped in protective boxes with padding, while prints are mailed in sturdy tubes or flat mailers.
    • We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe delivery.
  • Order Tracking:
    • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your artwork’s journey.

  • Lost or Damaged Items:
    • If your artwork arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
    • For damaged items, please send us photos of the artwork and packaging so we can process your claim quickly.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your artwork as much as we do! If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a hassle-free returns process. Here’s how it works:
  • Return Window:
    • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
    • For holiday purchases (orders placed between November 1 and December 31), we’ve extended the return window—you can return items until January 31.
  • Eligible Items and Conditions:
    • Artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all protective packaging intact.
    • Framed artwork and canvases must be returned with their original frames and protective wrapping. Prints should be returned in their original tube or flat mailer.
    • Custom or personalized artwork, as well as items marked as “final sale,” are non-returnable unless defective.
  • How to Return:
    1. Email us at abdulrahmanaderibigbe1@gmail.com  with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
    2. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.
    3. Carefully repack the artwork in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the package.
    4. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location using the provided label.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping fees.
    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
  • Refunds and Exchanges:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
    • If you’d prefer an exchange, let us know when initiating the return, and we’ll help you select a replacement piece. Exchanges are free, and we’ll cover the shipping cost for the new item.
    • For non-defective returns, we can also offer store credit instead of a refund—just let us know your preference!
  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    • If your artwork arrives defective (e.g., damaged frame, printing error) or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
  • Stay Updated:
